How it Works

  1. Our clients call the 24 hours Emergency Response Hotline 1300 73 6000
  2. A trained operator takes the claim details
  3. A loss mitigation specialist will attend the site
  4. Client’s loss is mitigated within 24 hours
  5. Claim is either finalised or continues depending on the severity of the claim
  6. If the incident that led to the damage is claimable on a Property policy, then the insurer will pay the invoice for the cost of repairing the damage.

Note: The Johns Lyng Group do not confirm indemnity to a claim and any cost of repairs from an uninsured loss will be borne by the client.
