Making a claim?

The process for lodging a claim varies depending on the type of policy, the Insurer, and the circumstances. The best place to start is by notifying us of any incidents which may give rise to a claim, as soon as is practical. This may assist in reducing claim wait times and possibly reduce unnecessary legal costs.

Following are some additional points to remember should you need to make a claim:

  1. Take immediate steps to protect the property from suffering further damage
  2. Where the law has been broken the Police must be advised
  3. Under no circumstances must liability be admitted for any incident
  4. Third Party demands should be referred to us immediately
